How to auto validate hotmail, yahoo or gmail?

Does anyone know of any tool/bot which will take a list of account id/password and automatically login and logout of the account? I am looking for hotmail but if there is one for yahoo mail or gmail, it is also good too.

The reason I am looking for this tool is because if the email account hasn't logon for a while, it will become inactive and need to reactive again. I want to keep the account active all the time.

Hotmails doesn't become inactive unless they are not logged-in even once within 250 days.
