How to App Install campaign on FB?

Is running an ad for App install Campaigin on FB requires the FB and app integration as mandatory?

Facing this error -

Missing or Invalid Field in Promoted Objects: For optimization goal APP_INSTALLS, application_id needs to be valid. Please set it in the Promoted Objects. (#1815437)

Can anyone help me out ?

do it all over again, and you have to check your application ID is requesting something else

Hi!
You need to link your APP to the Business Manager of FB by implementing the FB SDK to your App with your FB App ID, then go to the Google Play Credentials under your FB App Basic Settings and make a JSON credentials.

Hi,
I have the same issue, we have updated the build with the previously mentioned steps, but I still can't publish the ads as they are giving me the same error "For optimization goal APP_INSTALLS, application_id needs to be valid".
How long does this usually have to take to start working?
Is there anything else we need to pay attention to?
