How to analyse domain metrics

Bump...All right guys. So, I am ready to Analyze expired domains (bought DHG Pro Plan) and scraped lots of domains. Instead of opening a new thread, I decided to keep the discussion in this thread for the benefit of others.

Now, my problem is, WHICH METRIC should I look for FIRST to start my further (deep) research?
THE FIRST THING TO START WITH, Should I look for :
CF>xx
TF>xx
CF/TF Ratio>xx

Or something else?

And what Next Metric?

All your help would be highly appreciated guys, as it will help a lot of people here, looking to start building their PBN for the first time.

I'd start with CF/TF of less than 1.8, that seems to be about the general consensus of a cut off before you get into low quality domain territory.

A TF of 15+ with the above is generally considered ok but higher is generally preferable and shouldn't be too hard to come across.

When it comes to specific stats of what is good, bad or just so so is very hard to pin point as it depends on many factors including the niche and what you are going to do with it.
 
I would check TF and DA along with backlinks to see if they are natural and not spammy.

Thanks for your valuable reply Mate. Based on your input, ONE first filter out domains having CF/TF>1.8 OR 2 at the max. Next we should check the TF>15 (more the better). Now, My query is, IF I want to use the domain for a good quality PBN (Not High, neither Low but medium or moderate quality) :

1. Should I just Jump into checking its backlink profile if above 2 conditions are met? OR
2. I should check some other metrics also before jumping to check its backlings? IF Yes,
3. What other metrics should I check FINALLY before going to check them manually ONE BY ONE?

If they meet those criteria I would generally begin to check out the old content on the site with archive.org and then the backlink profile to check there are no red flags.

DA is not a reliable metric for how spammy a domain is at all. You would be far better off using TF as it gives more weight on quality of backlinks to a website than DA.
 
After checking CF/TF ratio and TF of the domain, what to do if there are 100s of domains still left to check? Checking 100s of domains in wayback machine would consume lots of time and energy So, Is there a way to Refine these domains further ?

Thats why its so boring and time consuming to find good domains. It has to be done manually. Maybe hire a VA if you got many domains to check and don't have the time/wanna do it yourself.
