How to add profiles in Twitter List automatically?

Before you comment, IFTTT discontinued this recipe recently. I used to rely on IFTTT for this.

It would be great if you can tell a "free" alternative for the same, where a twitter profile will be added to the list if they tweet.

Any paid service also welcomed.
