Hi all

I have a facebook pixel installed, and am looking to run a conversion campaign (the conversion is when a visitor fills in a contact form and lands on the thank you url)

I got upto the add event code section, and it gives me the code to put into the header, or inline (which i believe is to put on a button click)

How can i install this in wordpress without messing about with the theme code?

Thanks

I'm using the header footer code manager plugin, which works great. Just search for "HFCM", and you will find it

Seems the process is somewhat more convenient now, with the availability of plugins to make a huge bulk of that processes simpler. HFCM is a good one for that, reliable too. You can look into it, if you haven't already.

You can install the Facebook pixel on your WordPress website without modifying the theme code by using a plugin. There are several plugins available that make it easy to add the Facebook pixel to your website, such as:

  1. Pixel Your Site - This is a popular plugin that allows you to easily add the Facebook pixel to your website, track conversions, and configure advanced tracking options.
  2. Facebook Pixel Helper - This is a simple plugin that automatically adds the Facebook pixel to your website and helps you troubleshoot any tracking issues.
  3. MonsterInsights - This is a comprehensive analytics plugin that includes a feature for adding the Facebook pixel to your website, as well as tracking conversions and other important metrics.
Once you have installed the plugin, you can simply copy and paste the event code provided by Facebook into the plugin settings, and the plugin will handle the rest. This is a much easier and safer way to install the Facebook pixel on your WordPress website, as it eliminates the risk of breaking your site or theme code.
