How to achieve your goal every time!

Definitely agree - you need to know what your goal is, have it written down and also have some actionable steps to achieving the goal.

And also I found it helps to schedule regular assessments - to look at what your goal is, where you said you were going to be, whether you are getting closer etc.

Thanks, back2form, for posting this reminder of what we need to be doing. Cool infographic! Is the infographic in the opening post one that you created or found free out on the web? I want to print it out and paste on my wall.

Writing down goals is something I have always done. The major issue I'm having is staying focused on those goals without getting distracted. Being consistent is something I am really working on in 2018.

Hey @back2form buddy, this is some inspiring stuff, but I'm not sure if the extended middle finger means what you think it means in American/English culture :)

Not bad man. I would say that you def. have to focus on the daily grind. You can write all the goals down you want, but you gotta put in the hard work and grind it out every single day.

this is my favorite post on bhw ever. Thank you for the reminder. i think you created these graphics yourself? amazing. I mostly follow the first system- pump myself up emotionally and mentally and follow the inspired action that comes from that. But once I have momentum on a project and i know exactly what am doing its easy to follow the second system too.
Great post. thank you.

It varies from Country to Country..
In Indian Culture,

Its just a finger next to the forefinger :p

FYI, This is my first writing post without design &
Last writing post without design - In this complete thread :)

Thanks for supporting & watching back2form Goal!
