How to access sites blocked by fortiguard?

I've never dealt with this personally so I can't say for sure, but I would think a good Socks 5 proxy should get around it. If not, there's websites that will let you use their site as a proxy basically to view other sites through. They're designed specifically to get around filters like that. https://www.hidemyass.com/proxy/ and http://www.kproxy.com/ are both examples of what I mean. That should get you around the porn block, and in combo with a Socks 5, should also let you download torrents. I'm not 100% sure on this, so you should do some googling around yourself to make sure, but that's where I'd start if it were me.

Hidemyass is one of the best around in my opinion. There are thousands of others, but HMA is one which provides more than others and is easy to use.
