I got this notification which is supposed to sent to someone else
It's the OP I think

Since I have only one post there which is welcome to the new member and it's not deleted I see that the Op is the one that used to thank everyone in a new reply instead of using the multi-quote option
so don't know how this notification was sent to me HERE

Sometimes a moderator accidentally selects the wrong post when they're moderating multiple posts at once. The mod who handled it deleted your post, noticed the mistake, and them undeleted it.
