Because they narrate it:
If the song is voiced in your voice from a celebrity song you will not get a copyright strike, nor any ad revenue for that fact.
If you narrate over a cartoon ect your stil open to ad revenue but as long as theresno copywrite stroke background music the algorithm picks up.
