How the hell can someone make money with this CB product???

I've been searching a little through cb marketplace and came across this product: Reverse phone lookup, phonedetective.com. To my surprise it has big gravity but i can't imagine how it is possible to make sales with this product. Anyone got any ideas?

Understand what the demand is. There are people who make a living out of their subscriptions to these sites by finding people that debt collectors and the like are looking for.

Basically people searching for that info.

When you are promoting a product you always ask yourself this "who would want this product?"and you start to get ideas.
