How soon will Tumblr get closed?

We've seen quite a few platforms just die down & then officially get closed.

In your opinion, when will it finally happen for Tumblr?

It should die and the sooner the better. Unfortunately, I think it's going to hang on like myspace.
 
They're trying again lately. At least they introduced two new features in February: the ability to tip content creators (similar to Patreon) as well as a subscription offering that gets rid of ads.
 
Tumblr alexa rank is 92, thats a TON of traffic still. They would be getting at least 30 million uniques per day still. Dunno why they would close, I would buy it off them!

Exactly. Tumblr has a ton of traffic.

The current owners are trying to figure out what to do with it.

NO WAY it gets shut down soon. There's still BIG TIME influencers that make their mark from that site.

Lots of Onlyfan talents that use it.

Lots of money still coming from Tumblr. One just has to know how to use it.

The new landing page was launched rather recently as well, so they are still doing innovative things at that platform

Not gonna go. Too many Japanese people use it.
 
All I know is I have a lot of tumblrs in use for backlinks and it would be a huge hit if they shut down.
 
I read people still earn good there, I doubt it will be closed
