Yes, it is possible in 2 ways
1st : Contact webmaster and ask them to remove your links.
2nd : Go to Webmaster tool and then submit those unwanted links for disavow.

I'm not a big fan of the disavow tool, but with this you can let google know of links you do not want to take into consideration. Although, the link will still be there, unless you contact the site owner to remove it, or it gets deleted other way. For this reason, it's best to own tier1 links in your backlink profile. This can be done either renting, buying, or creating tier1 links to your site, which you later have control of.

You can’t remove full of unwanted backlinks, but you can disavow them and tell Google that you don’t want those links. That would be enough. For this, you’ll need to make a list of all unwanted links and upload this list to the Disavow Tool within Google Search Console.

Also to note, disavowing takes a manual action. If you're doing a list of sites you want to remove, you MUST first contact the owners to remove them. Disavow isn't a tool for lazy ass people. As mentioned, it takes manual action and if they caught you not doing anything, disavowing might not kick in.
