How quickly do backlinks take effect in driving traffic to website?

Web 2.0 is an umbrella covering a whole range of sites that primarily are built on user-generated content (UGC). Social networks and blogging platforms that are not self-hosted can be classed as Web 2.0. Because they allow UGC by default it makes them a relatively easy source of backlinks.
I don't understand, what is the purpose of using WEB 2.0 sites together with regular outreach? What is its usefulness?

The ease of being to able to build backlinks yourself for little to no cost.

I always choose my niche guestpost sites. If a site has traffic on my keywords. Then definitely it will appear on first page. In this way, I can cover the first page and get also the benefit of the site's own traffic. Otherwise I do not recommend a get backlink from a website that just has average da/pa and less traffic.

If you have created a page with good content and have implemented good keywords stretegy. And build good quality backlinks and have some social signals you will get rank page in 1-2 weeks, make sure your page's Backlinks must be cached...

Ok, pretend you own a product that works but are selling it in a typically 100% spam/scam market...
When you and your affiliates are talking about
Results or money back, Guaranteed!
When that is backed by multiple international payment processors.
When your product has everything the competition has and more at a one time payment and better price...

Man we make some fking money, like millions...

So the question becomes.
1 - do you know the seo to get seen.
2 - do you have a un-stealable product that is better and cheaper then everyone else in your market.

Whats the answer op?

The trick here is entirely related to whether the placed backlink can bring traffic to the site. two important things for it
a good content that can get visits
a backlink from a good site that can get visits

The time it takes for backlinks to impact website traffic depends on factors like search engine crawling, indexing frequency, and the overall authority of the linking sites. Search engines may take weeks to months to recognize and attribute value to new backlinks.
Additionally, the gradual nature of algorithm updates and ranking adjustments contributes to the time lag in observing significant traffic changes. Building a diverse, high-quality backlink profile over time improves a website's authority and, consequently, its potential for increased traffic.

Just a question, will it take several months, if so why?

A good link can have an effect on keyword rankings within a few days, you can see big jumps in positions. It might take 2-3 weeks to go from 50 to top 10 / top 5 but you see improvements every couple of days. This is assuming that your site is not brand new, has decent SEO optimised content etc, but I am not saying it is a powerful site, not ranking for any keywords, some in the top 20-40 is fine.

The difficulty of the keyword also plays a part, the harder the keyword the bigger the link you need and probably the more links you need to rank. A site that is targeting keyword difficulty 20-35 is likely to only need a single decent link to rank that content/page.

If you are told that the links you are buying will take 3 months+ to see improvements, they will likely never rank and are worthless.
