this is basically what i'm aiming for but instead using clips4sale. i manage the studio, shoot, edit, and upload the vids. the girls just be hot and bring in traffic.

You need to have good 2257 record keeping otherwise the men in black suits (i.e. The FBI) will come knocking on your door. There are services that take care of all that for you though.

Just FYI, getting cam girls is hard. 90% of them will not last more than a couple weeks. Always be recruiting for more girls.

Tough uphill battle starting from scratch but well worth it at the end.

yeah getting cam girls is going to be the biggest hurdle. i'm gonna attempt some recruiting today. it's tough to find a regular guy that is dedicated, let alone aspiring hot cam models. i'm sure it's possible though, just won't happen overnight.

And clips4sale is just the tip of the... iceberg, we'll go with iceberg...
There are a bunch more sites, equally popular to particular niches, then forums for those niches and so on and so forth.

Don't just have to go with "cute girl playing with herself", get down into it. Try "Wearing arm length latex gloves popping balloons with a cigarette" all sorts of weird shit has someone wanting to bust one to.

The list for these are long and best of all, 10 minutes of filming, 2 clips. The models don't even charge as much for that stuff as for more sexualized content. Get it down and you'll pay out about $100-200hr and get 6-10 clips, after you develop a following for the niche fetish shit, you'll get more return and keep making bank.
 
update on the porn company: i made a profile on tinder as an attempt to recruit amateur girls. i got a decent amount of matches in a day actually. since these girls have 0 porn experience i'm trying to convince them to work with me for free to record clips and allow me to upload and sell them on clips4sale. if i can find 1 or 2 girls down i don't mind going all out and turning my apartment into a porn studio, would be hot, but anyway yeah i'm still recruiting and seeing if any chicks wanna enter this "joint venture" with me, lol

A few days ago I got to talking to someone on Reddit who just started doing this with this girlfriend in July. His method is
1.) Make an hour long video on Chaturbate
2.) Put that video on manyvids
3.) Make short clips with watermarks on Xvids and Pornhub.

He reports $100-400 for the session on Chaturbate, ~$1000 a month from manyvids, and ~$200 from Xvids and Pornhub ad-revenue.

Also I noticed on his manyvids store he sells dirty panties and also sells his Snapchat name. He has 15 videos all of which are point of view and shows only his dick and his girlfriend including her face. Nothing crazy niched here either other than his girl is Asian.

This case shows you don't need to build a following and you can make good money quickly. I've been researching this the last 5 days and then found this thread. I want to know how successful you were at recruiting on Tinder. I am going to try this myself and the only real challenge is finding a girl.

I have tried the whole "split profits" thing, but it SUCKS. Honestly, there are easier ways, unless you're also seeking to bang the girls on film.
When I was really into this scene, I would have girls approaching me, asking to work for free, like 10-15 applicants a week, and we're not talking L.A. we're talking Cleveland Ohio! But that came with being a name, and all that stuff. Sometimes the girls just wanted to try the kink out and I was seen as safe.
I tell you that to tell you this, with hard work, it is possible to get girls for cheap/free.

Also, don't forget about 2257A if you're in the states, that shit is no joke!

I am contemplating how I would do the compensation and business proposal. Simply give girls money up front one time, or give them a percentage every month? I'm leaning toward the one time pay per performance for simplicity.

Can you explain 2257A. The sites won't let you post content unless you comply to this. You have to have a scanned image of everyone's ID. I'm not sure you have to go any steps further than that.

I've made personal videos with girls I've met from Tinder just last month but it was before I got the idea of monetizing it. Hey, all those business gurus always say to do something you love for a living.

2257a include signed release, office hours, ID's, lot's of identifiable internal tracking, it can be quite difficult/expensive for small studios and for newbies it is a lot of reading. Make sure to have the paperwork certifying age, which is one of the silliest differences from 2257 to 2257A.

"Being a name"... I hosted Fetish Balls, went to AVNs as the guest of a nominee(best multi-guy bj scene), I taught workshops, I was interviewed for magazines, I hung my work in art galleries, yeah, the niche/scene knew me very well. So as word gets around, people come knocking.

Do 1 time payment. A % every month: what if she moves and doesn't tell you, you're still required to pay her or hold her money. Imagine having 100 videos of 78 girls and tracking every % for all 78, and don't even think of some G/G stuff for %.
Also, be ready for lots of "I changed my mind, I don't want those videos/photos out there, take them down." That is when you'll need a model release, and a damn good one. Doing this at your apartment, expect girls to show up crying about how this video is ruining their chances for a career and you need to take it down. Angry new boyfriend in tow sometimes. In the porn world that is less creepy then the guys that try to do it at public parks, in their cars, mom's basement, the girls place... Lot's of creep in that field.
 
Pornhub allow its community members to upload videos, and most of the popular videos there belongs to those amateur members, with a strong growth hacking tactics you can move your videos to the homepage, I don't know if they earn a % from ads or Pornhub pay them, but from research I found that most of them do create website & watermark their videos, so viewers could find more vids of them on clip4sale. So that's might be a good strategy : Making video on pornhub, rank them, get more views, send them to clip4sale to get more videos.
 
Trying to get the first several girls to shoot with seems like a challenge. My first thought was to stay away from CL because I'd only be casting a net in to shark infested waters (cops, getting banned, and girls who are more street smart than I). Tinder and other dating sites seems like the go to. Any advice on this? I am trying to formulate a strategy that will work. I am in a red fly over state so think country girls that grew up around bible morals but don't act on them. I need a good sales pitch and a few hundred bucks. Or, maybe just a really good pitch?
