How penny stock promoters work?

We push press releases, videos interviews, commercial type videos, social media.

Do you do the stock research by yourself or do you get ready to publish research reports?

why not use the term individual stock promoter instead of pump and dumper. there are legit companies who do individual stock promotion and if you're interested in finding them go to Google. i know a few of them and they are legit. the ad for an individual stock has a really long disclaimer on the bottom, that's how to identify one.

What do these have to do with promoting a penny stock?

You're better off making money with derivatives, then basically betting on black or red with PENNY stocks.

Everybody thinks they are "smarter" than the last guy who lost a bunch of money, but they're not.

You're better off investing in established companies for the long run. I invest in an REIT named AGNC right now. It has an awesome 20% dividend and is making alot of money as the interest rates are low. I have been watching the interest rate and once it comes within 2% of the before market crash interest rate, I will pull out, as they effectively will not be able to make the amount of cash they are. They are a good bet for growth because they have 11.5 bln in assetts, but has a market value of only 1.5-6 bln. Far, far undervalued.

There is no point in betting 50/50. You may as well Google some books on how to read charts and financial forms so you can make SMART investing decisions.

I promise, you will lose your money in penny stocks.

REIT is trading at $864.70 PER SHARE. Not to mention when the market tanked so did this thing to $306.75. It's also still far from its pre-crash high of $1112.00.

AGNC tanked when the rest of the markets did aswell.

You do look like you've got it dialed in Chronos - I'm just saying for people that don't, they don't look like the best of plays.

Guess what?! The entire economy is going to crash even harder then before in the near future - so holding these big companies is currently the WORST investment advice you could give.

These are also very volatile stocks for stocks of this price. Which is the danger of penny stocks - the volatility and the manipulation - but the entire economy is being manipulated - which means all stocks are being manipulated to some degree.

If there is any investment you should be buying and holding it's gold and silver. Or SPXU which is a 3x short on the S&P500 - I believe.

There's ways to identify a penny stocks going to move - once you learn to recognize things like front-loading, or researching its board or directors - tons of ways really.

Or, for example, ISCR.. released PR on December 30th that they would be releasing financial information on their new product on January 10th. They did that after hours, today.

A company isn't going to draw attention to itself like that if it's bad news - and it turned out to be great news.

So, no doubt this thing will take off tomorrow - they've also said there would be more info coming out on January 24th.

An easy play, get in get out.. get in get out.

I've made over 100% on a paper portfolio.

I'm up 40% in ISCR in real money - and I expect to come away with at least 100% profit come the chasing of this stock on good news.

2 for 2 in a world where people are bound to lose money? Study up, learn to recognize patterns. Find legitimate people to tell you what stocks are looking good. And make money.

People act like trading pennies is simply typing in a symbol and buying whatever comes up.

It doesn't have to be - but it takes work.

As I said above. I've always been interested in stocks - I've been reading about how to trade for the past year off and on. And took a large interest over the past couple of months. Watching how they trade and everything.

I know 2 stock picks is nothing to write home about - but my friend stuck with it over the year and is doing QUITE well for himself at the moment.

Some food for thought!!

I have alot of insight into penny stock promotions. If you want to know somthing ask...As far as the people calling it pump and dump. please get your facts straight. Most promoters are paid CASH so they own no shares. Their job is to market the stock to their readers and hopefully create buying. The newsletters are not the ones selling the stock. it is 3rd party share holders and companies :)...Also if you want a good penny stock pump before it happens check out SPAG...enjoy

LOL So you think just because the promoters own no shares in the stock, it makes it a solid investment? You said it yourself, promoters are PAID to promote it. I sure as s.hit wouldn't take no stock recommendation from some yuppy online with no investment knowledge.

Nah spag is a dud. I am in no way saying penny stocks are a solid investment...penny stocks are hype and manipulation at its finest and should be played as such...

Also a few pennys to keep on watch...PPTO, SOPV...upcoming promo but keep ur money safe...you know how these things end

We do more brand awareness and technology awareness. We have built up a list for promoting but that is really for the old schoolers that are so greedy they can't wait a month or 2 to build real momentum.

a good example of stock promoting via social networks: :D:D:D

Rapper 50 Cent has gone mum on his penny-stock pet project, H&H Imports, not sending a single tweet to his 3.8 million followers on the subject in the last 48 hours, during which time the Clearwater, Fla., company has seen its shares tumble 36 percent.
That's quite a turnaround from Monday when the rap star, aka Curtis Jackson, helped H&H to a 290 percent jump after using his Twitter account over last weekend to make bullish calls on the company.
Shares soared to 39 cents from 10 cents, but without the help of the 35-year-old celeb, H&H slipped 23 percent Tuesday and 17 percent yesterday -- to 25 cents a share.
"HNHI is the right investment for me it may or may not be right for u! Do ur homework," Jackson tweeted late Monday, his last word on the subject. Jackson owns both warrants and shares of H&H.
Jackson is a director of Sleek Audio, a headset maker that has a marketing deal with TV Goods, an H&H subsidiary, according to federal and state filings. H&H, owned by Kevin Harrington, has yet to turn a profit. Harrington declined to comment yesterday.
