How or Where to file complaint?

I never had to really find a way to complain about services in the marketplace ... most have threads still open and was able to resolve things that way. Except for the Utoliker service

Somehow the moderators have closed the thread because the seller is not responsive. I tried contacting via email, his contact form on his website and also on skype - no support or reply.

I am just sad that his service is not working as promised when it is very promising. Having fb likes with real pictures is always a good service in my opinion. Please help.

I'd say open up a Shit List thread, but if the seller isn't responding (it doesn't look like he's been on since August), then I'm not sure what good that will do. It's still probably best to contact another moderator about the issue, that way they know what's going on.

For now, I'll see if there's any other way for you to get in contact with the seller.

Edit: I couldn't find anything. I sent them a Skype request without mentioning this thread to see if they're completely unresponsive or if they're just ignoring you.

Thank you for trying to contact the seller through skype. I bought a VIP access $15 plus one month service $38 and now I'm stuck with no reply. I'm like ... ehhh -_-" Now I need to look for another seller that offers fb status/post likes with pictures.

Damn, that's unfortunate.

The seller hasn't accepted my contact request on either one of their Skype accounts, although I'll let you know if they do.

Anyway, I searched around for an active seller who offers a similar service, but the closest I could find was this one.

I can't vouch for the seller, but supposedly he offers likes from "real users". Perhaps you could reach out to them on Skype or via PM and find out if their service is what you're looking for.

Just dispute payment on PayPal or whatever method you paid through - you'll get your money back.

I also checked the suggested sales thread seems promising but what I am looking for is a post/status likers that have profile pictures. Not fans for the page
If ever anyone come across I am open to suggestions. I have tried a lot of threads here as well, I am just wondering if I missed any.
