I usually do 3 posts per day. One at morning, another at evening and the last one at midnight.

Every one has its personal sweet spot. Being checking big profile i can say they post 3-7 times per week. As for me, it's a good interval, bc producing quality content takes a lot of time.

Not sure the exact number. IMO minimum 3 will do good but should be done with right tags
