I created this small survey to understand how often the BHW audience uses Telegram in their daily work.
In my country (Russia) Telegram is very developed in all areas of business and is a very powerful tool.
I would like to know how often Telegram is used in other countries.

Started using telegram when the other messengers started KYC (EX: Facebook).
 
Practically as long as I am awake. Whatsapp too. Some clients prefer whatsapp.
 
We work in a niche market, developed an app for tipsters. For our business Telegram is our main tool for literally everything. Love the TG ecosystem but still exploring&learning.

In Western/Central Europe its crypto&sports betting tips where TG is used for B2C. Do see casino/betting affiliates having interest in TG as well.

As for personal use&privacy I would say people are more familliar with Signal. For general chat Whatsapp and Viber as well.
 
My main business is a specific niche, therfore 95% of the communication is using telegram. What I love about telegram is that you can setup nice automatation for your business using their bot api

Lately, I've been using Telegram even more than WhatsApp. It just seems to have everything I need with its groups and channels. It's really become a big part of my daily routine.
 
Telegram has brought me too many problems, it is true that it is a fairly fast and good messaging but they are almost literally forcing all its users to buy Premium.

This means that the restrictions of non-premium users will continue to increase.
