How often do you scan your device for viruses?

I don't scan for a virus very often but I don't do things i consider dangerous either...

Same here, but i always get a bit suspicious about mouse drivers and other software bound to my hardware.

For example the iCUE from corsair to control my AIO, etc.. that thing probably takes a ton of data from my PC, and i'm waiting for the day it's going to update and come with malware.
always keep minimal

when i received messages like " someone trying to log in to your Gmail account"

Happened yesterday

I have it scheduled to run once per month along with other routine maintenance, including backups and defragging drives. I can't remember the last time AV picked something up but it's good practice.

I've been using Macs for around 9 years. I scan them maybe every 2 months. never found a virus...!

No need.if you know the software you are installing is from safe source or no.
U can also virus total scan before install

I've never performed a virus scan either on my PC or mobile. And, I don't install unwanted apps or browse malicious sites.

The OS itself provides excellent protection against malware and viruses. It's unnecessary from my perspective and experience.
