How often do you post on Facebook?

I would also like to know: if you post hourly or just three times a day, do you get the traffic you want?

I schedule my posts on Facebook at certain hours each day and I think I am getting the traffic I need for my site. How do you balance your posting? Please share your thoughts.

I think its best to test this one yourself due to the fact that ever page runs differently.
Try both and see which one works best.

Depends on the niche: Meme sites/ladies can get away with 1/hour, a business would look ridculous doing that.

Now i do posting 1 time only in a day or maximum 2 times. Don't know how u guys can do so much posting on facebook without any problem

I post to my FB page 3-5 times daily - depending on what day it is. If there is a special promotional offer ongoing, I will get a post up every 3-4 hours for that day alone. It appears once in the morning around 9-10 AM is effective, lunch time 12-1PM, and night time 8-10PM seem to give me better results.

If you have your page on the Facebook regrading your website or service then you can update it daily or according to activities on your website. If there is hourly activity then you should update the Facebook page hourly. If daily activity is there then you should update the page daily.

There is no need of spamming that is posting continuously, it might affect the quality users visiting. So make sure you will have the quality posting on the Facebook to gain the valid and quality traffic.
