How often do you guys work out?

Ah, I want to start it. I think this can change my life a bit

My job keeps me moving around for 9 hours but separate from that I try to work in a short approximately 15-minute workout every other day. Today is weighted pushups day. I'm on vacation so I will probably workout every day this week. I need to lose my gut. Gained a lot of weight when I left my old job but I've come down from a 46 to around a 42 since then. 36-38 would be a good size for me.

Hired a personal trainer who helps me train 5 times a week.

I just drink af on the other days

Pretty much buring the empty calories I intake :smirk:

I workout 6 or 7 days a week: martial arts, HIIT, weights; once it is less hot, I am planning to run again once a week.

To be honest, this is quite ambitious, I have done it daily only for the past 12 months, before I did it maybe 3-5 times a week. But now this is quite intense and sometimes draining, I hope my body can take it, I am not 20 anymore.

But then I feel I am making progress, was never a health guy in my youth.

I drove around 1500km in 1 month.

And, now I just don't drive :l

I got super lazy last month so hired a trainer on 25th :P

It's going good :D

Past couple of months ive upped my game training about 5-6 times weekly helping my mate get ready for an international comp he has in Beijing in September. He is representing the UK so it's a pretty big deal, for him at least lol

Not as often as I would like, unfortunately. Work and family life don't really leave a lot of time for anything else. But, I try to take advantage of any chance I get and sneak in a session or two.

30 mins HIIT thrice a week and cycling over the weekend. I prefer cardio over weights as I tend to gain weight easily.

yearly

Daily routine Mon-Fri is Work>Gym>Side Hussle and on weekends I try to stay as active as possible whether its going hiking or just being outside socializing with friends. I still have lazy weekends but if it becomes a habit,it can be a dangerous lifestyle for me. I watch my macros as well and eat as healthy as I can as long as its reasonably convenient. If there's one thing I can say about going to the gym its that no matter how bummed out, tired, sad or whatever negative emotion I feel, after a good gym session I always feel better and that I've never gone to the gym and left regretting that I had gone.

Since I don't even own a car - I spend a lot of time walking. Out of bread? Time to go for a walk. Need to pay the bills? Ok, see you guys in an hour.
Flea market? I'll be drenched by the time I get home.

I consider walking up the hill from the bar at the bottom my daily work out. And sometimes if I forget something from home like my phone, I do it twice in one day.
