Hello fellow members,

After running few of successful YouTube channels myself, I'm looking to start my own Done-for-you (DFY) Cash Cow videos service. This means I would create Top 5, Top 10 or any type of cash cow video for my clients, the service would include:
• Engaging video script
• Professional American voice-over (no BS text-to-speech robotic voice > that sh*t doesn't work if you plan on monetizing your videos with AdSense)
• Royalty-free footage (so you don't get in copyright trouble for using copyrighted footage)
• Engaging and creative video editing, as well as good audio editing with cool background music and sound effects (to keep viewers on the video until the last second)
• High CTR Thumbnail (i'm getting roughly 12-17% CTR on my videos)
• Done for you description + tags
• Possibility to even upload the video on your channel and have us do everything, you don't even have to touch the video. Just watch views and $$ coming in :)
So basically every part of video creation would be outsourced to us. The videos would be 4-8+ minutes long, depending on the package you get. Videos would be extremely high quality, no doubt in that.

This service is just an idea for now, I'm wondering how much would you pay for fully done, high quality, ready-to-upload YouTube video with thumbnails, description and tags?

I'm doing market research to see if it's worth my time and energy, so every honest reply would be appreciated. As well as some tips from marketplace sellers, as this would be my first service ever. Thanks guys! :)

There are a few services like this on BHW, check them out and see if it worths the time.

Thank you, I already did but would have to check with myself if this would be a 100% good idea. If there’s market and demand for it, I’ll go for it ;)

Would you also offer a channel already monetized? That is a big appeal of the existing BSTs.
Great idea. I can definitely do that as a bonus if client buys videos in bulk :)

I think the OP is looking for a ball park price on what someone would pay for a service like this.

Exactly. Thanks for pointing this out if it was unclear go some! ;)

Are you offering that you will provide 4-8 minutes + videos for uploading any one channel.
I’m not offering it yet, but only considering it.
And yes, it would be a fully done video (4-8 minutes long) with title, tags, description and thumbnail. Basically all in one service.

So I’m curious how much would people pay for such service?

In case of unique content: you can ask 20 bucks I mean dollar.
20 dollar for 5 minutes of videos, thumbnails and editing also.

OP, just a couple thoughts. You may want to consider two options:
1. Set your own price points and get member feedback as to whether it's too high or too low.
2. You may want to think about getting some members to beta test your service and get pricing feedback that way. (Once they receive the product, the pricing feedback would be connected to what they think of the quality of your product and how it should be priced in the marketplace).

Just my immediate feedback as I ponder what you're looking for and how to best achieve the right pricing points and model for your potential service thread.

To a certain extent price will be dictated by value delivered...

... and that value is decided by your prospects.

Maybe post a couple of examples here with cpm for the niche and then ask again?

Always start a little bit low, prove your quality, then slowly increase the price as per market competition.
To this type of service there is No competition.

Same like, A YouTube channel Monetized with watchTime from external source and from YouTube page search is different.

Or best, make a 1-2 minute video and let people test it.

People buy everything

BHW has at least 500 people with at least $20k ready to burn anywhere anytime, if they see profit of course.

Whole world got money. Just because there is more poor or middle class, doesn't mean there's not enough of rich and more rich people.

If you could scan only your local area, you would be shocked with the amount of cash around you. People are always rich.

YouTube related services such this (a very cool one) gonna be popular all-time. How that can be unclear to someone? huh

What you need is marketing and transparency. Offer your samples right away in your BST, make sure to kill it with design (just to represent your skills)

And offer discount for BHW members who comment (free bumping) And once again, make sure to offer 5 samples for 5 niches transparent!

If that works as described, you are cash cow buddy. Simple shit.

$15 to $40 per video seems a reasonable price I guess to start. Right now we kind of price things out in terms of how many Fiverr gigs we need to purchase to achieve a similar result. Then, if your result is much higher than Fiverr, you get to add a premium on top of that.

for that price its not worth it for him.. i think!!

I think that's a bit too low for the premium service I'm looking to start. Yeah you can get that price on a Fiverr, but $20 vs $100 videos ain't the same, video quality is very important these days on YouTube, we're not in 2015 anymore.

Thank you. As we speak I'm already having one beta tester for my service. Will update you on that ;)

That's very true. I'm a true perfectionist, so value and quality would be top notch for sure. I have beta tester testing the service, he will tell me the feedback on the service ;)

You're right. I can see myself scaling this service to 6-7 figures easily in the future. Of course this would be long term goal.
Nowadays everyone needs videos for YouTube so there will always be demands for services like this.
Thanks for the tips, I'll definitely have those in mind! ;)

The kind of videos I produce are definitely on the high end price on Fiverr. So yes, of course I can add a premium on top of that. People can buy $15 videos, but is it going to get them somewhere? No. Because quality is really important on YouTube nowadays. Yeah you could do REALLY WELL with $15 videos back in the days, but in 2021, that's no longer a case. Quality and value cost some extra money.

0$ cause why don't you publish your stuff yourself if it can do more money than what people paid for?

Have you ever heard of different streams of income? Average millionaire has 7 streams of income. What if some of my channels get shut down? YouTube can do anything, it's their platform, if they have a guy working for them and the guy wants your channel shut down, your channel will indeed be shut down, no questions asked. That's why it's important to have many streams of income in case one fails.

Great Idea and good luck, Im looking for someone to make content for us and he actually make good videos.

can you share a video example? Also if you can provide your clients with proof of High CTR and higher watch time on your videos that will help you a lot bring more clients
