How much would YOU pay for a professional logo?

If you pay $5 for a logo it's probably shit. You get what you pay for. And a logo is literally the face of your company so it's not something to go cheap on.

How simple the logo isn't really what's important with the cost. It's the fact that the logo is so critical for the business. Like I said, a logo can make or break you.

Honestly, I've been doing graphic design since 7th grade. I can make a logo sometimes in under an hour and it sometimes can be really simple looking. But what most of my clients don't know is that I spent years honing my 'eye' for design as well as studying in school how graphic communication influences consumer behavior. If you're looking to brand your business well, invest the money and trust the designer, it will pay off. But if you go cheap, your customers will think you are cheap and will definitely impact your sales.

TLDR; don't buy fiverr, find a good designer.

It simply depends on the type of brand it is that you're building. @TheFinePrint 's comment is spot on really. You go cheap you'll get cheap. I've studied designed for 10+ years and the logos you get on something like fiverr aren't really worth that $5. If you care about your image you'll want to spend a little extra.

Fiverr is the best place to get a logo designer in only 5$. So you can find one of them and tell him what do want to make actually?

it would range from $5 - $500.
Nike paid shitall for their logo and look at them now

Hi Guys,

Need an idea to price my logo designs at. So the big question. How much would you pay for a professional logo design service?
I can say Fiverr which is basically saying 5$, but personally I think its a matter of demand.
If you do logo with Personal customization, i would say 15$-25$.

I think it will take at about $100. And this sum needs to include several variants for a client, so that he could choose one of the best concepts.

If it's a site for a pet project, I'd be fiercely controlling of the whole thing and won't mind splashing out say $200 for a logo. But I will likely go for $80

I think somwthing like 20$ per logo , And most of the threads in wed design market place . Charge tat price .

Naming no names but I came across this company recently that is selling logos for £3k (GBP)!! Fair enough its labelled up as "branding" so its company colours, fonts, logo, brand identity etc etc etc. But wow....

Some people recommend fiver I have seen a couple of good designers there. The same on BHW (there are great copywriters, great developers, great SEO experts but there are few real graphic designers here and on Fiverr)
Graphic design done by people on fiver is mostly done by web designers or some other IT professionals. If you want educated good quality designers (or at least more to choose from than few) visit 99designs.com (https://99designs.com/) people here can help you create whole visual identity for the firm. It is not enough to do the logo and then create web page in different colors without planing or create another third party business card etc. Please plan those things ahead if it is for important business and not for some blog or sales page. If this helped, I`m glad

If you are a starter, start with the least amount, like $4 to $5 would be good.

For simple business logo's I usually pay like 25$ for non-revision. I would pay up to 50$ for more revisions. If I want a PRO logo I don't want to pay more then 125$. But I'm reselling those logo's to customers.
