Dear Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to inquire about the estimated cost, based on your expertise, for developing a website similar to the following: serhant.com. I only provided the name as my current status doesn't permit me to include links.

I appreciate any guidance you can provide on this matter.

Best regards,
The Mask

Companies like localsplash will charge about 350 a month to run front/back end dev (if i remember correctly that price included website SEO, running a fb page and handling a google business profile) However, if you dont know how to code - you can JUST ABOUT get by with a bot to do it for you with a little research... and if you put the time in - wix /wordpress ... are like ... 20$ (give or take 5) per month... Wix was the easiest when it came to seo imo btw lol. Squarespace charges about 20 for a domain name and for hosting that name per month... and atop that you'll need the site builder subscription.. but it can be canceled when you finish making the site....

If you popped an adderall and went in on it... 2 days and you'd be done... (assuming you dont type w/ your index fingers and know some basic keybinds... like.. if you're not using 'alt+f4' at least a couple times daily, then learn to type..)

Otherwise, people charge hundreds per hour on web development... It depends on how deep of a site you want, how much creation they're going to have to do and how easy a customer you are to work with... You're honestly looking at like... 150+ per hr (imply a lot of variance there..) ... and that could end up being anywhere from 450 to 4500... depends on whether you want to work out of a garage or out of a skyscraper...

This is considering the Full site?

I don't think it's a bad price

Yes I think 1k for WP is a good price.
Serhant is paying a company to handle SEO and development probably paid 10k-50k but you really don't need all of that if you're starting
