Hi BHW,

Just finished up a LATE night of studying and thought i would ask a quick question...

How much would you guys be willing to pay for a Huffington Post link?

I see a lot of sellers pushing the links for low $X,XXX which seems outrageous to me...

Is $800 per link a fair price?

$800 is roughly what you can get them for quite easily these days. In my experience at least.

It doesn't hold an exact number for me. What I expect is converting sales or at least quality visitors generated by said link, else its garbage to me.

Just get one of those domains with huffpost links and 301 to your site! You can do this for like $10!

It might be a lot cheaper but then you will have to live with a relative random anchortext.
Cheaper but not quite the same.

I have such a domain. The Huffpost link has absolutely no SEO impact.
