I'm currently ranked number # 6 in About 95,600,000 results on google (US)
I need a push to get to the first 2 positions. 1 or 2.

How much would you charge me to do so? and how long will take?

1- Articles
2- Press Releases
3- I have Xrumer But I'm newbie... don't know how to use it still.
4- Social Media
5- RSS Submission

before anyone can give you price we have to know niche.your competition because if competition like wikipedia battle site like that real authority site then it takes lot of time use seo quake spy on competition see how many more links you need.how many more social bookmarks.
