How much would this site be worth...?

I have a website, it's been regged since december I believe, maybe november. I get about 280 uniques a day, and about 1300 pageviews. it made about 100$ last month. How much should I put this on Flippa for? No PR.

Id shoot for $1k or 10x monthly income. you might need to sit on it a few more months though to show consistent income. your mileage may vary. basicly any given website is worth whatever you can get someone to pay for it.
 
Why do you want to sell it if it makes you $100 per month ?Just build 20 sites like this one and you'l have a nice income every month. Just my idea....
 
Clickbank, and it's for a very, very very relevant topic, so. It has huge amounts of high quality backlinks on it, articles, high pr blog links(soo many) but theyre all pointed to web 2.0 profiles, so. I would think it'll consistently rank, but I'm not really sure. It's traffic doubled in the last 7 days, too.

Yeah I have to agree. You could probably at least double the earnings on that site alone in a few months with a little work.
 
Yeah, thanks for the advice, but I need the cash short term more than long term right now, bills + I want to invest in 100 sites just like it... lol. ;)
 
It didn't rank really, or hardly before that.
