hey just a quick question, my website is PR 4 an article submitting website indexed in Yahoo, Bing and Google. How much i should ask for it?

your website value 10$ if does not have revenue. If it does have revenue, you can consider 10-12 months profit you'r having right now. Nobody cares about PR, and it's obvious it's indexed in search engines

It worth what a buyer is willing, able and ready to pay for and what you are willing to accept for it.
Personally, I buy and sell websites for the last 3 months of revenue.
That gives you an idea...

I agree

You can look at different rules where its the 12 month earnings and all that, but when comes down to it you can get a lot more if the right people come across the site.

Set up what you would like to get for the site. then double that amount and that is where you start IMO
