For the last couple of weeks I have been drinking at least 3L of water a day. I'm not Superman yet.

I realized I drinked just a bit over a liter a day ( whenever I had food mostly), now I have a bottle full in my desk everyday so I can drink whenever I feel like.

The recommendation is: About 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day for men. About 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women.

fLuIds??

Does the water in beer count? :p

I drink a lot more during the summer here, but probably still not enough.
Well, they say fluids, so I guess yeah, it counts. I'm thinking about drinking caramel sirup also (but yeah, beer has water)

It's warm in my place and I'm tryna stretch every dollah I make. So instead of switching on the AC, I drink cold water instead.

That got me from 1-2 liters per day to about 4-5 liters per day.

Only drink what your body needs not those 2-3 ltr figures you read online you are only going to damage your lungs

In my city now there is such a terrible heat that I am even afraid to go out to buy water, especially since it is most likely already sold out for a long time.

Super weird umm. Extra water goes to lungs?

To stay properly hydrated one ought drink 3 - 4 standard sized beers.

Water is addictive and contains fluorine.

A study during operations in concentration camps during the WWII has shown there is a strong correlation between drinking water and dying in the future. These papers unfortunately aren't available to the public due to their character and possibitity of horrifying masses.
