23K views are a lot and definitely it's a good achievement. Something is considered Viral on social media when its popularity grows exponentially. If you are getting extremely high engagement rate in the form of comments, likes, shares etc. then you can consider it viral. If you just got the views but not engagements then it might be seen but ignored.

Probably 1m views. Who cares if it's viral. If those 23k views help you in anyway, keep grinding and make similar content.

It if it got shares ,likes and comments it consider viral ..
It will not happen on all reels so do not get that much excited. Sometimes these platforma push initial videos so as to make the creator hopeful so that he keeps posting content on the platform.

Yes is seems viral..For me viral is if the account dont have followers and you post and from nothing you achieve big number of views.
