How much unique IP Proxy rental/ IP rental can provide?

I am using proxy rental IP solution but very often i get duplicate IP which is not only waste of time and resource but also very damaging for my business. I have added all the used IP to a central database and checked how much of them are unique, and found that it will not be more than 60%.

so i want to know, is there any service that can provide unlimited unique IP from multiple ISP? Note that proxy will not work for the type of job i need to be accomplished whatever the Proxy quality is. and rDSL is not the option as it starts always in same (255.255.x.x) series.

Anyone here has experience with Proxy rental/ IP rental/ socksescort? can anyone know me why they provide us so many duplicate IP when they are acting just like a collection of multiple rDSL?

There are no "unlimited" IP services. IP's are limited by the IP ranges and are already exhausted and nearing exhaustion.

"unlimited" does not literally mean unlimited, it means huge in number. in my case, 1 million unique ip will be regarded as unlimited.

You won't find a million. I would venture a guess that you could get 10-20,000 per day without paying for them individually.

I personally do not think you will find this number of IPs space, but if you can explain how are you using them maybe we will be able to help you ...

ip addresses go from 0.0.0.0 - 255.255.255.255
theres only so many in there, it will always be limited

I'm looking for time based proxy software like IPrental/proxy rental. I've used both of them but now looking something similar to these. any suggestions? TIA...
