How much traffic is considered good traffic?

One of my blogs getting 100 visitors a day, making $10 / day on adsense
Other one gets about 400 visitors and makes $3 a day
So its really the niche. If its a competitive and well paying niche, I'd say 1k visitors / day is great.

Personally I start stressing when I'm sending less than 100K clicks a day to affiliate programs. That's when I really have to kick into work mode and get my traffic hustle on. However a lot of that traffic is straight redirect traffic from the serps so the quality is not that good - it's not presold, but there is a lot of it.
One of my mentors back in the day (Richie from MaximumCash if anyone knows / remembers him) told me to focus on nothing but traffic generation until I was sending 50K clicks a day to sponsors. That seemed like a ludicrous amount of clicks at the time but in retrospect it was sound advice.

That's organic SE traffic. I redirect most of my traffic straight to affiliate programs... These days I just work on traffic and let the sales page do the selling, rather than getting into elaborate pre-sell or squeeze page stuff. I am too lazy to do the constant monitoring that media buying requires.

I have a site with 90 uniques/month bringing $450/month and another one with 2000/day bringing few $$ with adsense...

500 UV a day is excellent I believe.
i think 500 uv is good but not excellent.

It all depends on how many of them converts. If you get 100 traffic a day and if 5-10 of them converts then that's an awesome and quality traffic but if you are getting 500 traffic a day and you are only able to convert 1-2 out of those then that's pretty bad. So in short their isn't any standard definition of how much traffic is good. It's all about how much quality traffic are you getting.

"What is considered good traffic" in simple terms traffic that makes you money if it doesn't convert the only place it will look good is Google Analytics however you need to make it look good on both analytics and in that bank of yours - of course getting 500 is a start every one starts from somewhere but focus on getting 50 more each day build build build and you will only get more money heading your way with time - good luck

Wowww that's a lot of traffic ..BTW where does it come from ( facebook?, SEO, ..) just wondering...
Intersesting, there are 2 main views I have seen here. Quality matters most, and quantity that you then game to maximize revenue both seem to have merits.
It may even depend on niche/keywords. It may be impossible to get the laser targeted traffic because of really stiff competition in search engines, but you may be rather easily able to get loads on untargeted traffic. You then test what works best with the untargeted traffic and go from there.
