I sit at the computer both at my day job and afterwards, but since I take frequent breaks the average is about 7-10 hours a day at most. The rest of the usable time I exercise, visit prospects, tend to clients, etc. I try to balance things out if possible, so I reserve at least two weekends a month for family/friends/leisure activities.
BTW, they just installed a gym at work, free to use for employees. There's also a new sound-proof punching bag room to relieve stress. The perks of working in a creativity-encouraging workplace.
