How much should I be gaining?

I been gaining around 100-120 on my meme account per week without bots. I've also been blocking spam accounts so most my 3.1k followers are real.

Is that normal growth or too slow? How do I gain faster (without spending money lol)?

With proper proteins and 3xweek workout, without skipping leg day, you should be gaining a lean pound per month.

My brother has 18.8k followers and he's given me shoutouts before but I only gain around 50 - 100 from it. I also don't want to spend money on shoutout from big accounts yet. But thank you though
