As a domain alone... it's worth however much someone is willing to pay for it. There is no set amount especially with a .me domain. Classicly .me have no real value yet as they are generally considered the least desireable option if you are buying a domain to fit your branding.
 
.me is a good extension if the url is catchy, and it is in this case. So with a bit of luck, you can get a nice amount. Don't know any figures though, sorry?
 
Definitely worth something. Try SEDO. You could easily get over $1000 for that.
