4k in revenue last month - Growing

What do you thing, how much should I expect?

Maybe 4k if you are lucky. One month of earnings is nothing

Hi,

we don't have earning just last month, bud last 6 - 7 months continually growing, and last month was 4k

There are loads of factors to consider to value a site: where does traffic come from, what does the site sell, how does it rank on engines, what is the profit month by month, why type of domain does it have, what content does it have, is it unique or not, how difficult is it to mantain the site, how much work is does it need to keep it running, etc

take average of last 6 months,
and multipy by 18 to get your answer.

if average was say $1,000, then you may get $14,000 to $18,000 if you wait a while.

Traffic comes only from Google Organic Listing
The online shop is running on Magento Platform
All content is unique and we sell only massagers, massage chairs, mattresses, fitness products....

bro it sure i was going to say $100,200 but
4000 x 12 moth = 48,000 but i would pay $70,000 for it.....

That's the stupidest way of valuing a site I've ever heard of

What's the right way to value a web site?

I am confused, should I sell it now or wait, to get more revenue?

You should ask someone that sells sites for a living... the rest of us, especially me, would merely be speculating.

Revenue is not as important as profit. What is your actual expenses for the month and total profit. Then we can help you.

Monthly Profit 4k
Expenses: $160 a year for Hosting

SEO: $50 a month

Revenue: $15k
Profit: $4k

At the simplest figures, though I claim to be no kind of expert, a general formula that I have seen is profit per month x 6 months to 12 months. So you could ask for $48,000.00

As for what you should do, first I would get ahold of meathead like mentioned by basstrackerboats.

On an ending note as with anything that you are selling, you can ask what you want for it and see how it goes. As a suggestion, I would hold on to it until you are making more money if that is possible and then sell it right before the peak if you can kind of figure that out. What I mean by this is watch until you have two months that are about equal then you are balancing out. I would then multiply that by the formula above and start an auction if you wanted to sell it then.

Hope that helps. And really talk to meathead, I have chatted with him before and he is a very helpful person.

So in your OP, revenue is 4k. In your PM to me revenue is 2k. In your latest post it is 15k.

Which one is it? Generally speaking, people who are ambiguous with stats always have something to hide.

Revenue $15K
Profit $4k

This are the results for This Month!
