With only 188 feedback it hurts the account badly.

If this account had thousands of feedback it would be a gold mine.

    I have a 2001 account with 7500 feedback.

Someone recently sold a 1999 account with 300 feedback for 800.00.

    Low feedback hurts this account.

Do it have selling limits? Paypal holds?

When is the last time you sold or bought an item?

If it sits dormat for a long period of time it becomes useless because ebay will see it as a new account and add limits to the selling.

Depends on who needs an older account. I would be listing something on it if it were mine. It has value because it is from 2000 but is seldom used so that hurts it. I suggest selling some things on it to keep it active. Betting with the new ebay changes when you do you might get some selling limits since you have not sold on it in a year.

Value is based on how much someone is willing to give you.
Also one guy sold a 1999 account with 7000 feedback for 10,000 recently.
