Depends on who needs an older account. I would be listing something on it if it were mine. It has value because it is from 2000 but is seldom used so that hurts it. I suggest selling some things on it to keep it active. Betting with the new ebay changes when you do you might get some selling limits since you have not sold on it in a year.
Value is based on how much someone is willing to give you.
Also one guy sold a 1999 account with 7000 feedback for 10,000 recently.
