How much is inflation affecting you?

Geezuz the prices recently went up a lot on some things I get....some as much as 50%!!!
Some smaller things like pizza went up from 4 dollars to $4.40 in just a few days. Prices keep going up!!!
Tell me some of the things that have gone up in your area.

I am sorry to say in my country (Venezuela) we´ve been experiencing 2,000%+ yearly inflation for the past few years now.

Thankfully, if you monthly earnings are in foreign currency (USD for example) it doesn´t affect you as much but, even then, it´s a struggle.

Dang. I see why so many south and central americans are flocking to mexico to enter the US borders.
 
I make more money than ever, yet I'm still somehow poorer. But my country was going to shit before American/international inflation and the war started. That's just a casual excuse to gouge us even harder now. Food prices have been the worst for us. It was already difficult to feed the family, and our food bills were in excess of $600 a month just to *barely* get by, Now it's even worse. Luckily I saw this coming and I started stocking up on as many cheap goods as I could (and when I say cheap I mean still 500% more expensive than the American counterpart before inflation).

Edit: We're almost passing the mark where it's cheaper to eat fast food every day than it is to go grocery shopping

frozen green peas if you have to....that's probably the healthiest and cheapest thing to stock up on. Good for your health!

I can't stand frozen peas, So nasty. Gota steam them and mix them with rice to make them tolerable xD
 
Yep, I've noticed food prices going up here as well. In some cases it's even 70% more on certain products, even with a stable currency.

Put them in spaghetti with red gravy and you will think you have violated al kinds of taste levels.

Wow, respect. And I'm complaining about my situation...

I want to rent an apartment in Poland with 3 rooms and I noticed the price went up by 25% suddenly.

Now it's $1000 instead of $750.

Still it's cheap.

My current bills went up by 15%.

Money from work stays the same as before.

Trying to find opportunities in the US remotely but my goals are so long term I don't care about that little comfort here, right now.

It must come to me naturally. I am becoming a money magnet.
 
Every week I visit red light and I pay 40euro the pass, now they ask for 50 but it worth it.
Coz when I give her some doggy internet advice she cut the price.
Other than that my entire life was exploited by inflation.

Yes, I steam or boil them very shortly and they are ready to be eaten. I will of course add some salt and pepper to my liking and eat them with rice and chicken and it's really good!

basically everything, there's no more jobs, no more foreign investment, crime is going insane, poverty etc etc

Try green lentils. 30g of fiber per 100g, 25g of protein per 100g.

So boiled oatmeal? I've never had it, is it good?
 
Wait till recession. It'll be worse than inflation feels
