How much is enough money?

Anything more than a couple of trill for a network of families is just silly!

This is a subject that does not equalize in society and millions of people around have no money and are starving!

Hence until these people can earn money to survive - sadly there will never be enough money

Just enough to take care of myself and my family.

It would be nice if my mom never had to work again.

congratulation for earning huge money in at 16.
as the philosopher says, you will never make enough money.........

"id rather be happy then be miserable in a 10K armani suit, an atomic quartz rolex, gucci shades and a hermes scarf while cruisin around in a red 458 italia" :bob marley

nah, i'd rather be miserable with them toys.

Earning Money at Internet is a Great philosophy but for those who can not under stand it. Like Me.:Thinkingo

just naturally you're always going to want more so just aim high, i've wasted money on 4 cars already and it does help being rich and miserable, cuz u realize every1 has a green side anyways it's beyond ridiculous, and girls are going to go after the alpha male either way.

It would never be enough. To quit IM? I don't think that would be fun. $50k may be enough to start a small offline business, but without quitting IM. I even wanted to invest more :P

I'll quit when I have 50 mill in the bank. In the mean time I'll keep working.

How much is enough money for you dear BHW member. The amount of money you would quit IM and start living. For me its never enough, because i enjoy IM. I love this and if i make money from this its even better feeling. (im 16, so i dont do it for living yet, but i make 3 times more than average person in my country per month)

Well, my young padawan, the answer will be different for each individual. Fortunately for you, you are on the right path. Keep growing.

That all depends if money is relevant to IM. In my case I love doing what I do so the money is a bonus.

In the UK I don't really see any need to earn more than 24-30k per year to live comfortably.

People need to understand that economy is raising the bar for better living everyday. What is better living? it's not pretending being happy and living in nature anymore. It is owing things and see nature dying and crying for retro old days. Also nature is collapsing due to high population and the modernism stuff so for many countries you have nothing to fall back to not even old country are like how they used to be in 80's or 90's. So minimalism these days means, stay away from toys just for the sake of showoff and have money and live happy life being social and keeping body healthy. That is possible with or without much money though.

Another point is that, you Either get rich or live miserable life, blaming rich people and watching TV getting fat. Some people choose to make money and die rather than playing blame games. I choose to make money and die in the process rather than getting myself satisfied with short needs.
