How much is an ad on my website worth?

I want to figure out how much an ad placement on my website is worth.

Views per day: 8-10k on weekdays, 11-17k on weekends
Niche: Cheats and news for a game
Advertiser's niche: Community for the same game
Placement: Relatively high up in the sidebar (the 4th widget)
Size: 170 x 350
Amount of other ads on page: 3 (all Adsense)

What $/month would you say it's worth?

What is your RPM with adsense as of in the last 30 days. You may want to keep the price for the ad placement near to it. Because if you keep price way higher than RPM, then advertiser won't buy from you but will bid with adwords for cheaper on your site.

I think it will varry depending who is going to pay you for ads
