How much for a shoutout?

I am pretty new to Instagram but willing to invest a bit of money. Currently I am at ~500 Followers with Follow / Unfollow botting in 2.5 days.
In the next days I want to invest some money into shoutouts. What is a good price to get a shoutout from a 100k, 200k, 300k,... acc? (sexy girls niche)

bad idea if you dont know what you are doing and with so little followers.
