How much do you pay your virtual assistant?

Currently charging $200/mo 8hrs/day

From Venezuela, even when myImy English level isn't the best I can say that s lot of Venezuelan fellas have a really good level of English and if you find in English-speaking communities you'll find a good one.

About why that rates?

Sometimes you need to work hard to get out of this shitty situations and later find a real salary.

it will depend on our lifestyle here. On my side. I and my partner spent $20 the whole day.

Most of us provide a good service doesn't matter the rate, you just need to find someone who suits your needs.

Do you want someone with a high English-Level? Focus your search in someone with that skill.

A good designer? Same answer...
 
Don't bother getting VA's from here most will be middlemen.

If you want English ability than PH will be your top bet for cost vs English.

In a lot of countries English is a skill which is highly desired its the language of business.

I pay $2.50 p/h for my VA's but I had boots on the ground in those countries.
 
well most of my task to VA is goal oriented, not / hour. and i pay based on Result

Interesting. Did you find your VAs by meeting them in person in the Philippines? Or more just your on the ground experience helped you know where to look online? Can you share the story?
