For website content, $2 per 100 words.
For tier 1, $1 per 100 words.
The main reason rates have stayed low for content (besides the cheapskate factor of many buyers), is that many sellers are just using writing as a means or earning working capital, since they view their primary big money as coming in from elsewhere (CPA, affiliate, selling their own sites and products, etc).

I am wondering, how much would a well researched article on spiritual growth and similar topics would cost?
Right now i am writing my own, 1k + words each article and i am sure i can communicate personally with readers.
I think that with bought content it would be hard to maintain, and the cost would be much higher?
Anyone have any experience buying articles on new-age growth, spirituality, psychology, philosophy etc ?

Find someone in the niche... probably someone who isn't doing that amazing currently with their own blog.
There has to be a TON of spiritual growth bloggers that aren't getting ANY results that would love an opportunity to get paid writing about what they love.
Finding them.... you may have to do some digging - but they're out there.

Spirituality is the new trend. It won't be difficult for you to find writers in that niche. As for the price, how good of an article are you looking for?
. Since I hired my friend as a writer for me, he has a good english writing skills than me. But most of the time I write content my self If I don't have money to pay anyone.
