How Much Do You Make On eBay?

I had a $1,000+ day yesterday in profit, I'm expecting several more this month. All legitimate items, no shame :D

Right Now, since I was shut down and I'm rebuilding . I'm doing 1-2k per month.
 
Im in the Home Goods business, and I do 500k a month on eBay with 60k gross profit.
However with this type of volume there is considerable Overhead involved.
Employees,S/W infrastructure.
At the end of the Day my Company Nets about 25k a month ON eBay.
I'm also on Buy, Amazon, and website.

All legitimate 100% of the time.. When you are at this level everyone is watching.
 
I used to make over 10k a month, completely white hat.

I'd take Amazon over eBay any day. :-/
 
100% profit on each item sale, if a item costs me $30 it goes for $60 without questions asked.

That's cool. That's what i am trying to build towards. Out of the $60k profit is that pure profit for you or do you then have overheads from that?
 
Yes that is Gross Profit. I have a decent amount of overhead.
Employees, S/W overhead.
Usually net profit on 500k is 25-30k a month.
(I have 2 partners as well so I'm not making anywhere near what I'd like t o make)

Amazon def brings more sales, but they are more difficult to work with.
You have to really be on your game to do well on Amazon.
 
So far I only manage to get $1,100++ one week.. Still need to work hard to quadruple it.

The only thing I thought was difficult was waiting 2 weeks for payment. With a Zebra printer and a stamps.com account I found it pretty easy. Then again, I wasn't using dropshippers. I had all my stock on hand.
