How much coffee do you drink?

I usually drink 3 tall mugs of iced coffee and a small pot of espresso (Mixed into the iced coffee) per day. I know it's not good for me. I'm addicted and I need help. Just... not right now.

I'm addicted to caffeine.
I live off it. well I feel like I do.

Close to 700mg in total every day, I don't drink though, I take caffeine pills.

1 before sunrise 1 watching sunset to complete my day.

If I ever have coffee, I have the iced coffee at Starbucks. :O

I had the same experience. And I can connect very well to the "limitless " because I actually felt the same in the beginning.
But later after years my health begin to deteriorate. And as per my personal experience you should decaf for a while. Try limiting coffee.I have quit coffee and I rely more upon natural foods for energy boosting. If you really want to focus on health rather than just temporary energy boost than you should think of a healthy alternative.
P.S. I'm not promoting any organic product:p

I will occasionally have a cup of coffee. Maybe once every two or three months. It's like hot cocoa for me: it's a treat, not a necessity.

My father, mother and sister are addicted to it though. They each drink 2 to 4 cups a day. My dad is the worst. I'm pretty sure half of his coffee consists of creamer. For him, he likes the sugar and the caffeine.

I get my energy/caffeine in other ways. I drink this super gross drink in the morning: juice, cacao, wheat grass, spirulina and aloe. It tastes like licking a chocolate fish's asshole. But I don't have a problem with energy or staying interested and focused anymore.

I also drink a lot of water. I average about 6 to 8 glasses a day. It's been super hot outside lately (105+ degrees Fahrenheit) so I've been drinking 12 glasses a day. I also love, LOVE tea and lemonade. And if I just want a treat, I'll have a piece of dark chocolate (it has to be at least 75% or more).

All of these things give me energy (maybe not the lemonade but the rest do). That way I don't feel like I need coffee. And, when I actually have coffee, it does its job.

A nice espresso in the morning keeps me alive for the rest of the day without any problems.

Good way, I never really been a fan of lemonade, I know my dad is a lemonade fan, and just a lemon fan in general.
He puts lemons on everything, his tea, he puts lemon juice on the meat he then BBQ's.

A nice espresso in the morning keeps me alive for the rest of the day without any problems.

I use to be like that, now I need like 4 espresso's to even keep me going.

I don't drink coffee, at all.

Good hah, you might need to try it though someday, you only live once.

I like this post Neon, this is perfect and right up my alley.
My eyes went straight to "Hackers", that caught my eye.
Thanks Ill take a look at it right now, I'm interested.

Coffee once or twice a week. I prefer green tea.

Green tea is good, I know in Russia, this might sound weird, but we put milk in our tea, it's really good.

3-4 cups per day ( espresso btw )

Hell yea same here.

usually ill just have a cup in the morning, and one cup before i exercise.

I drink on average around 2 cups a day.

Working in IT you need Coffee to run otherwise you just switch off and fall asleep at the desk.

Try drinking your cup of coffee a little later in the day rather than first thing in the morning if you crash early or have another coffee around lunch time.

I drink more whiskey than coffee.. Now, guess it :p

I don't drink coffee at all. Gree tea / Matcha it is!
