I got this odd question, but i'm very curious. I've been drinking coffee for a while now, and I can never seem to find my pattern. Like I drink coffee every morning, but what ends up happening is I end up crashing, and feeling super fuckin tired, and not even by not even night time. I don't know if this is lazyness or tiredness, but I've experimented a little. I cut back on the coffee and I've read some threads and articles, so I figured I'd drink it one day and then I wouldn't drink it the next because i'd let my body kinda regenerate energy. Still didn't work. maybe someone knows what is wrong or what I should change. What are some of your guy's like coffee routines, if that's what you want to call it.
