I got this odd question, but i'm very curious.
I've been drinking coffee for a while now, and I can never seem to find my pattern.
Like I drink coffee every morning, but what ends up happening is I end up crashing, and feeling super fuckin tired, and not even by not even night time. I don't know if this is lazyness or tiredness, but I've experimented a little.
I cut back on the coffee and I've read some threads and articles, so I figured I'd drink it one day and then I wouldn't drink it the next because i'd let my body kinda regenerate energy. Still didn't work.

maybe someone knows what is wrong or what I should change.
What are some of your guy's like coffee routines, if that's what you want to call it.

Oddly, I find myself drinking more coffee at night then I do in the mornings. I crave coffee more for the taste then the effect.

    Brewing a pot now...

I'm the wrong dude to ask. I sleep probably 3 hours on average. I'm working out every day fpr two hours and later that day I'm going to do cardio. In past I've been taking almost 1g of caffein a day ( dunno how many coffees it equals to) Now I'm usually at 300-400 mgs and sometimes I add zero calorie monster to this, but I crave it every day
Try to eat same amount of carbs in each meal and add like 10 grams of fats with in each meal, so your insulin spike is lower, you should not get tired or if you are really insulin sensitive you might try out keto diet to have even energy threw out a day.

If you're going to drink coffee at night I suggest you drink decaf. This way it won't keep you up "all" night unless you're up working at night anyways.

Dam, This is why I ask these questions at the forum.
I think I need to get back to doing MMA, or working out. Doing something because my routine is sit on the computer do IM all day everday.
It's been like this for years, I rarely go out and rarely travel or do anything. I just feel like im wasting time if i'm traveling or doing something I don't want to do.

Problem is I drink it everyday in the morning, but I get nothing but a small energy boost, then It dies. I end up tired as fuck.
So tired It's hard for me to even look at my computer screen my eyes shutting off.

And I've only worked for about 15 hours.
    I don't think that's normal.

Either I expect too much from myself, or I got a bad coffee routine, I honestly don't even know.
And I feel like I crave more and more caffeine I been drinking this energy drink, It got a fuck ton of caffeine.
after a while I feel like it's nothing anymore and it doesn't give me energy any more.

    Idk.

I tried drinking coffee several years ago, but it has never done anything for me. Soda and energy drinks also have no effect and I can drink as many of them as I want right before sleeping without a problem.

What the fuck, fucking super human.

I drink 1 coffee in the morning, 1 energy drink in the day time. [ Sometimes ]
and after that I get tired like a bitch, if I don't drink coffee at all, or any energy drinks, I feel tired anyway.
    its weird.

I only like iced coffee, I'd like to stop drinking it but it helps a bit with focusing on IM.

I drink some when I am tired... but honestly it does not work well for me at all. It seems people have better or worse reactions to it

My mom is so addicted to coffee she is like a zombie in the morning without it. So to avoid that happening to me, I'd like to eventually get my energy from my diet, not caffeine. I can focus more on health later though, gotta focus on the money now.

Hell, I should have kept drinking tea. But at the time when I first started drinking coffee I was a young kid.
I remember trying it for the first time, I felt like Bradley Cooper from the Movie Limitless.
and the addiction to caffeine and coffee carried on ever since.

I've been also experimenting with lots of "Energy Supplements"
and I can say that There is no form of energy that can last forever with the same effect every single day.

I mean you can prob achieve this result by regulating your energy source, I've never really cared to though.

I used to drink between 4 and 7 cups a day. As you know, because it's a drug you can develop a tolerance to it. 2 cups used to rock me for the day but I quickly built up the tolerance and used to wake up early for work and stare at a computer screen all day so it was a vicious cycle. I would get multiple crashes a day and barely be able to keep my eyes open or my head up. But if I got up and walked to go make another one, I would start feeling awake again before I finished making it.

It also gave me bad acid reflux and affected my sleep too much so I eventually just went cold turkey. After about 2 weeks people said that I was approachable again without them trying not to piss me off. I substituted it for Green Tea at the start and now I don't consume Caffeine at all.

Other than working out I'm also at pc working all day long, unless I have to go to class(4 more years of college ahead of me /= )
To be super honest I love working out and everyone would benefit from doing it, but to keep it real, diet will help you more with your energy.
Btw: 600mg of coffein shpuld be the upper limit of aafe long term.use of caffein, but that is of course individual..
And in the first post I forgot to mention, that I used to smoke when I was like wake up for three days, that realy workes like a charm, but I'm so glad that I stopped.
Just try how much you're insulin sensitive and base on that fogure out your diet, good luck!

Honestly, I cant a day without coffee despite the fact that coffee is now kinda tasteless to me.

I once suspected something wrong with my tastebuds, given how tasteless it is now to me. So I went on eating wasabi like it's some kind of junk food. Then only I realize I have taken too much coffee.

My tastebuds are working well as far as I am concerned
