how much can you withdraw with payoneer without being "caught" ?

if you're European. create an account in turkey by flying to turkey and staying in a hostel for 14 days. complete verification based on a combination of being there physically (to receive the card and verify your phone number, for example) and documents from secondeye on this forum (utility bill, OR if you are very brave... take one from the hostel's mailbox and photoshop your name on it)

after everything is set up you can fly back to whereever and use the account and ATM card there. i have not seen payoneer close accounts after being opened in place A during several weeks and then used in place B for years.

disclaimer; depending on whatever this may be a crime, tax evasion, impersonation etc etc

honestly, it is better just to report your income. Fees and penalties can be thousands of dollars, nevermind the fact that it is a crime to avoid taxes. Why bother with this headache? Even if you don't get caught from the payment provider reporting the income to the IRS, you can still be caught years later if you are audited.

Not everyone is an American in this forum and has to report to the IRS. Some tax authorities in other countries, mostly underdeveloped ones, could give less of a fuck of what you report and what you don't and you will never be caught.

Right,

in France for example, the limit is 5 years.

If you are living in a first world country, simple report your income. It is not worth the hassle.. Third world countries are a different story though.

Well, if you live in some of the major countries in Europe i.e. France, Germany or Scandinavian you get caught by the tax hammer right away regardless what amount you take out to transfer to your bank account. If you take the money out at an ATM it's a different story and you may get away with thousands of $$ every months and no one will ever find out until Payoneer get obligated to report each of their users accounts according to International Laws in fight of Terrorism.

If they say they don't need to report it now it may be true or not I don't know but most financial service companies which are licensed and is operating within the EU at least, is required to comply to these International Laws.

the time limit to file your own reports is 5 years. however, the time limit for the French state to launch retroactive investigations is 30 years

Ah I see... Well it still doesn't matter in the countries that I mentioned, I know people that have been evading taxes (and I mean a lot of them) for the last 20 years and none of them was sued or put in jail. But I agree though, France would surely kick your ass and I don't really recommend evading taxes there or in any first world country - instead get a lawyer and do it legally.

pay your fair share of taxes brah. Pay for the roads and schools so that little kids can grow up and become good scammers on the internet one day.

Define fair share.

We already pay taxes for the internet, for the electricity, for the laptop/desktop we use (it's 27% where i live). After this point it's nobodies goddamn business whether i use these for playing games, watching movies, hanging out on FB or earning money. Why should i pay income tax on internet earnings? How does the government help me to work on the internet? They are on a don't need to know basis.

We were thought that there were times in history when there were a lot of different, sometimes stupid taxes, which caused many rebellions, revolts. We beat that with a mile now and no-one bats an eye, just pays the taxes like if it's the most natural thing to do.

Fuck taxes, pay as little as you can, just don't get caught. :)

Well to be honest, id like to avoid political debates on these forums. There are other places for that. I dont disagree with you on everything you said, in an ideal country most people would have no issue paying taxes because it would go to things we all need or want like schools, roads, healthcare, fire department, etc, unfortunately thats not the case. I'll leave it at that.

I withdraw slowly to my bank account from paypal...
In Romania...
Its better to have multiple bank accounts or doesn't matter?
Payoneer is not safe for me I think...I want to save the money and not withdrawing..
I read several problems with 50k+ in payonner account...
And if you earn around 6k month you can save fast a lot if you don't need to spend...
This was my best month $3k... not 100% profit...
My methods are very unstable and bh...
seriously would be a lot more work and bureaucracy reporting this than my shity instable bh methods...and I don't even speak the language where I live...
it vould be a joke...
I don't want to buy here nothing for my name...
In the future I want to buy in neighbour country (HU) a little bachelor pad that's all...
Seriously this is the basic...Can this work...?
After that iI can survive with 200$/month if the thing goes wrong...

It really depends on the country you live and how actively it pursues tax evasion. Third world countries in Europe (hell a couple of them are even in the EU) don't usually give a shit, so you can withdraw plenty without any problems and this is talking from my experience and a friend's of mine in real life.
If there are 3rd world countries in E.U. how do you call some countries from Africa?

Anyone from India using Payoneer card to withdraw cash???

Well, I hope the title is clear :) . I have read a lot of different stories. From people saying they know someone who got caught by the t a x guys after withdrawing a few thousands $$$ to other ones telling they´ve been pulling 2000 bucks / month via ATM during years with no issues.

Please, post here your personal experiences to know if it a safe method to collect the IM earnings. I know depending on the country you live , it might change the monthly amount to stay under the radar. But I am sure it will help everyone to get a general idea.

thank you !
If you live in the U.S. you really should just pay your taxes. You can get dicked real hard if you don't.

just to fly to some weird place and use hostels and secondeye to get the account opened. payoneer does not close the account afterwards bc you are using it in other places. once i had them ask about it during a phone call. i just told them i am a world traveler and the woman didn't ask more

Fucking exactly right!!! If the government would actually use ALL of the taxes for public services (building roads, hospitals, helping people, medical system, etc...) like they are supposed to, then I would pay them. But when I see that a huge share of the taxes go either in the politicians' pockets to make their fat asses even richer than they already are while we are working here to make 1/100 of that money or worse, to fund the military, then FUCK the government and the taxes. If people want to pay blindly without even questioning once where all of this money goes, then by all means do so, no one gives a shit, just don't push other people to do the same because you are too retarded yourself.

Well, I make around 700$ per month, when the minimum wage in my country is about $600 , if I want to report this income I have to start a company, pay $300 + for insurance, pay 29% tax, prepay tax for next year , and this results on more than 50% from my earnings, leaving me with $200 to live. I prefer the risk at the moment , and if I reach $2000 + earnings then I will think to go legal.

got the point megale. stin koloxora pou zoume den uparxei aurio :)

I know its fkin 3 years later but i really need help. I got banned off ebay after reaching 6.000$ in sales and 2-3 grand profit. I didnt want to stop selling so now im selling in a website which only accepts payoneer as payment. I dont know wtf is going on with taxes...so i would like to ask...where do you have to report your payoneer income if the company that pays you located at the US (the website holds my profit money for 4-5 days giving customers the ability to refund and then pays me so it is like im payed from a company and not clients). I read somewhere that you have to report that income to the US...is that true? If not will i be able to avoid paying taxes using the payoneer prepaid card just to buy shit and not even withdraw from atms? I live in Greece btw.
