how much can you withdraw with payoneer without being "caught" ?

So i can have my income and use it through the payoneer prepaid card and nb will even notice right? Many people and tax office employees don't even have an idea what paypal is here in Greece. Think about what their knowledge is on payoneer.
I don't think that payoneer sends any notice to the goverment.
