how much can i ask for a 500 visit a month website?

hello, i have an old website, in the tv shows niche.

back in the day, when i made it two years a go i wrote reviews about tv shows, now i checked the awstats from the cpanel and it's getting 500-600 visits a month, it has more than a year without any update.

i'm thinking in selling it because i don't have much time to expend on it. how much can i ask for it on flippa?

p.s.: the website is in spanish.

Do you have any revenues at all? From display advertising, affiliate, anything?
 
Revenue per month is also a factor for pricing your site.
 
zero revenues, i never put on the site any ads banner, i tried to register on adsense twice and i was rejected both times.
 
You probably won't get much without any revenue. Since you can't do adsense, either look into another network, or try affiliate banners. You might also want to install analytics instead of relying on awstats.

Take whatever good offer you get. But it is better to monetize in some way and then sell for higher profit.
 
any good alternative to adsense?

En serio..perhaps the site has domain authority and page rank value..but it all depends on how bad people want it.
 
it doesn't help you a lot. You can find better websites but is it generating any income.Even that factor should be considered
 
Id hire a va and continue posting reviews. The first sign of potential success is organic traffic. Next is how you monetize it. I wouldn't sell it Id build it up. Again if its been stagnant and is generating organic traffic this is a good sign. There are many alternatives to Adsense. CPAs. Afiiliates. Why not set it up as a review/amazon affiliate site?

Work a few days seriously with your site. generate some revenue every day. Hope you'll sell site smart amount.
 
Who knows... I would probably not pay more than $100 for it :(... but someone else might be willing to pay $5k for it ... who knows. Put it up for a price you think is fair and see if you get any intr.
 
Just check out flippa, you will see a lot of sold websites. Check their prices and check what they offer, you will have an understanding of what worths what.
 
Maybe try to use Netflix cpa. Write a few new movies and shows post for newly added hits every month and try for a few sign ups then sell it. This should increase the value.
 
Having no revenue will make the sale very difficult. Same for the lack of updates and declining traffic. Nobody wants to buy a website on a downward spiral of traffic/revenue.

As mentioned previously, work on it, get it going again for at least a few months and the sell it.

Unless you’re looking for a quick exit and you’ll get domain value only.
 
Depends on the revenue, and the quality of the traffic.

Quality being the source, location, bounce rate, etc.
 
depends on revenue, any ad traffic etc income? also maybe the website name is worth something take a look on google for website value
